Refund policy

We currently offer refunds or exchanges if the product you ordered arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item (example: you were sent the wrong size or style). Here is what to do...

If a product shows up damaged: 

Please contact us right away.  We will work with you to exchange or replace  any item that is has been damaged prior to your receiving it. We will also require photographic evidence of the damaged item as well as the shipping packaging in this case.  

If you receive the wrong item:

Please contact us right away. We can look into what was ordered and what was shipped, and we will work to make sure you receive the correct item.  Photographic evidence of the items shipped may be required in this case.
